Like any good trip, the movie also starts off slow. The first half is pretty much dead. You start wondering if you're watching the wrong movie. Maybe the guy who told you to watch it tricked you. Maybe it's not a good movie at all. What the hell are you watching anyway. Maybe you should stop it before it goes to far?
And then...
After riding out waves of angst, doubt and insecurity, you take a look around.
And you see that things are quite nice.
You feel good.
Everything is pretty.
There's wonderful music.
The hairs on your arms rise.
A tingling sensation runs down your neck.
You love the world.
You love Morvern Callar.
And just when you sit wishing the world could be like this all the time, it's all over. The credits roll, and the music puts tears in your eyes. And there's only one thing to do: You watch it one more time.
