Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers (1988)

Men who cut naked women into tiny pieces have long been heralded as the heroes of our generation. Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers and Leatherface have all got their respective cult following from fans from all over the world.

Apparently there are some women out there who are not too happy about the situation.

This is a film for you, feminists.

Featuring one burnt out detective, lots of loose body parts, one psychotic cult leader, tons of tired women in the height of 80s hooker fashion and The Virgin Dance of the Double Chainsaws. What more could you possibly want?

Infamous director Fred Olen Ray makes around five films a year, but says he is rather embarrassed about this one, as people keep pestering him about it, even though he has directed at least 100 other films too.

But if you watch it, you will understand there's a reason for all the fuzz. The absurd humor of a film that couldn't take itself less serious, makes it a unique and marvelous experience.
